What can I expect?

You receive a 10% of turnover of the first transaction, for anyone you refer to us who haven't been referred by another or are already on our database.We are not giving 10% of profits but 10% of the complete turnover.

Example 1: You introduce us to a prospective client who spends Ł4000 on electrical rewiring of a house. 10% of Ł4000 is Ł400, this means when we have been paid we will send you a cheque of Ł400.

Example 2: You introduce us to someone who is interested in having an office installed with air-conditioning. We quote the prospective client Ł21,000; we then complete the job and receive payment after 30 days. Once payment has cleared into our account we then raise a cheque for Ł2,100 and send it to you immediately.

Example 3: You introduce a client who needs emergency lighting, fire detection and alarm system installed in a warehouse to comply with health and safety regulations this costs, lets say Ł9000. We complete the job and are paid immediately. The money clears into our account and we send you your commission of 10% by cheque of, Ł900.

Example 4: You introduce us to a prospective client who doesn't need our services immediately but within 3 Months and decides to spend Ł15,000 on specialist equipment for people with special needs. Once we have completed the job and received payment we send your 10% commission of around Ł1,500 to you.

A payment to yourself can only be refused by us if, the person you referred is already on our database, they have been referred by someone else, payment problems occur such as late payments or no payment and if any unexpected problems occur with the client, yourself or the project.
